The invention relates to lighting engineering, in particular to electrical luminescent energy-saving single-base lamps. The inventive energy-saving lamp has a base (1), a plastic body and a bulb consisting of at least two transparent hollow components (4) which are coated with a luminescent material layer on the inside thereof and are filled with a gas. The components (4) are interconnected by means of sealed orifices (7). An electronic starting controller (10) and electrodes (9) are located inside the bulb. The electrodes are placed in the hollow elements which are oppositely arranged in the electric circuit of a discharge column. The invention increases the luminous flux of the energy-saving lamps and improves the cooling of the starting controller.
