<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately predict a failure state that is easily dependent upon an environmental condition. <P>SOLUTION: This failure prediction diagnostic device 1 is provided with an information collecting means 2 for collecting internal information of each diagnosis target device 10 along with environment information in a communicable way, a regression model setting means 3 capable of calculating a failure prediction index corresponding to a failure prediction state of the diagnosis target device 10 on the basis of the internal information of the diagnosis target device 10 to preset a plurality of regression models (Ma to Md) divided in each of environmental sections E (Ea to Ed), a regression model selecting means 4 for selecting a regression model M of the regression model setting means 3 on the basis of the environment information of the diagnosis target device 10 collected by the information collecting means 2, and a failure prediction judging means 5 for using the regression model M selected by the regression model selecting means 4 and the internal information of the diagnosis target device 10 collected by the information collecting means 2 to calculate a failure prediction index of the diagnosis target device 10 and judging a failure prediction state of the diagnosis target device 10 on the basis of the calculated index. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
