<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a guide chip for an induction heating coil capable of always correctly positioning a center in the width direction of a journal part or a pin part of a crank shaft and a semi-open saddle type induction heating coil. <P>SOLUTION: A guide chip 21a comprises a pair of flexible bodies having the spring function provided on a side plate 7, a pair of chips 29a fixed and arranged on the inner sides of the flexible bodies 24a opposite to each other, and a chip fixing plate 30a fixed and arranged on the inner sides of the chips. Under a free state, a space 32 is present between inner surfaces of the pair of chip fixing plates, and the width between outer surfaces of the chips is set to be larger than the width of a journal part or a pin part. As the guide chip is inserted between counterweight parts adjacent to each other, the space 32 is narrowed by the spring function of the pair of flexible bodies, or the space is eliminated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
