<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time for fault recovery by providing a log file required for analysis when a fault occurs on a user server, to a server which accumulates a log file having a support service in a safe mode. <P>SOLUTION: The system automatically samples the log file during a fault for the later analysis of a cause, sign, etc. of the fault by periodically sampling a log file during a normal operation on a normal user server having no failure, and accumulating it in the server which accumulates the log file. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
