PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch device hardly causing a failure by electrostatic, in a film-like switch device composed by arranging a film-like base material on one surface of a spacer, and arranging a film-like member on the other surface of the spacer by interposing the film-like spacer therebetween. SOLUTION: This film-like switch device 1 includes: a terminal part 9; a terminal part 11; a contact part 13A formed on an inside surface of the film-like base material 5; a contact part 29A formed to be able to contact to the inside surface of the film-like member 7 by facing the contact part 13A; a through-hole 28A formed on the spacer 3, corresponding to the first contact part 13A and the second contact part 29A; a conductive path 15 electrically connecting the contact part 13A to the terminal part 9; and a protective circuit 21 provided for the switch device 1 for preventing breakage of the conductive path 15 by electrostatic.
