<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, when the holding operation of an analog electric signal at an A/D converter provided for each column of pixels or at the interval of multiple columns is performed concurrently with an output operation from a memory holding a digital signal output from the A/D converter, streak-like noise becomes obvious in a captured image. <P>SOLUTION: The hold operation of an analog electric signal and the output operation from a memory holding the digital signal are performed while being made different as long as or longer than one data clock period of a scanning circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
