PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain further cost reduction of a gap adjusting device which is installed between a first member and a second member and adjusts a gap between the first member and the second member. SOLUTION: The gap adjusting device 26 is equipped with a base member 27 and a spacer 28. The base member 27 consists of a base 27f, a holding part 27g and a flexible part 27e formed integrally of a resin material. The flexible part 27e forms an insertion hole 27a to which the spacer 28 is inserted, and has an elasticity so that a gap adjustment direction size of the insertion hole 27a changes following the insertion of the spacer 28. When the spacer 28 is inserted in the insertion hole 27a, the insertion hole 27a is pushed and expanded in the gap adjustment direction because the spacer 28 has a shape to change a thickness in the gap adjustment direction along the insertion direction.
