PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mold motor which is highly waterproof even in a combination of materials where mold resin and electronic parts do not adhere firmly by mold. SOLUTION: This mold motor 100 where a stator core 2 and electronic parts 4 are molded integrally by mold resin 6 and an interface between the above electronic parts 4 and the mold resin 6 is exposed, is equipped with a waterproof layer 5 which is made on the above interface, and is adhesive with both the above electronic parts 4 and the mold resin 6, and is bonded with both the electronic parts 4 and the mold resin 6 by the heat during molding by the above mold resin 6.
