PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a short circuit member capable of simplifying a junction process for joining stacked short circuit constituting members. SOLUTION: The short circuit constituting member groups 31, 41 are configured by 16 short circuit pieces 32, 42 of the number obtained by multiplying "2" by "8" as the number of combinations of segments 24 having the same potential so that three segments 24 to be the same potential should be short-circuited at the two short circuit pieces 32, 42. The external circumferential side terminals 33, 43 are stacked and joined to each other by the same number as "8" as the number of combinations of the segments 24 to be the same potential, and are juxtaposed in the same number as that of the segments 24 in the circumferential direction in the two pairs of short circuit constituting member groups 31, 41 stacked to each other. The internal circumferential side terminal 34 of the one short circuit constituting member group 31 and the internal circumferential side terminal 44 of the other short circuit constituting member group 41 are stacked and joined to each other.
