PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique not reducing efficiency of data transfer by transferring the data until a true data transfer amount and thereafter ending DMA transfer when the true data transfer amount is decided in the middle of the data transfer, in a data processor. SOLUTION: This data processor is a device performing a plurality of times transfer by DMA controllers W_DMA_A, R_DMA_B, W_DMA_B, and R_DMA_C, stops the transfer and emits a stop signal to the upstream side, when completing the transfer of a true data amount set by a central processing part after deciding the true data amount smaller than a temporary data amount when a termination recognition part recognizes a termination of the data in the middle of the transfer of the data. Each of the DMA controller on the upstream side stops the transfer by a chain to the upstream side from the downstream side of the stop signal. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
