PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a street gutter structure capable of preventing the strength from being lowered since water is penetrated only into the ground under a sidewalk and does not affect the paved road of a lane part by diverting the peak flow into an underground storage part to suppress the outflow in a street gutter for draining the rainwater on the surface of a lane and the pavement permeating water to a sewage system. SOLUTION: An overflow port communicating with a sidewalk side delivery port is formed in the inner surface of a water permeating part at a height of exceeding an ordinary water-level. Precast concrete drain blocks of such a structure that the enlarged opening part of the delivery port forms a hollow storage part together with the replacement member of a penetrating trench are arranged continuously with each other to form a street gutter. The penetrating trench replaced with a single grain crushed stone with high porosity is deposited closely to the side walk along the extension of the street gutter to maintain the drain capacity of the gutter at the ordinary water-level and the water flow exceeding a high level peak flow is diverged and discharged from the hollow storage part into the penetrating trench.
