PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper control device capable of stabilizing movement of wiper blades, in occurrence of wiping mode hunting, by detecting the wiping mode hunting and restrict it. SOLUTION: A wiping mode hunting determination section 53 determines that wiping mode hunting breaks out when the wiping mode hunting determination section 53 detects that mode-down operation, which makes the same wiping mode as the terminal wiping mode, is continuously performed twice. When wiping mode hunting breaks out, a wiping mode determination section 51 enlarges a rainfall range of two wiping modes relative to the wiping mode hunting. With this structure, the wiping mode hunting is restricted and wiping operation of the wiper blades is stabilized, and a trouble in which a driver feels instability about movement of the wiper blades and the driver worries about a breakout of a failure in the wiper control device can be prevented.
