PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems over a conventional cleaning material which is of such a type that a brushing material, a polishing cloth, etc. are impregnated with a detergent, water, etc. for cleaning and as such, proves to have poor detergency and a short life, hence the necessity to replace frequently, resulting in the accrual of a high maintenance cost, and also, over a conventional cleaning device which tends to generate a clogging by a wash etc. SOLUTION: The wash 7 charged through an inlet chute 8 is churned and separated by a small protrusion 4 while being transferred by a spiral feed fin 3, inside a rotary drum for cleaning and cleaned by high temperature/high pressure cleaning water jetted from a nozzle 6. Next, the wash 7 through with cleaning is charged into a rotary drum for drying through a chute 18, then is separated/churned by the small protrusion 14 while being transferred by a spiral feed fin 13, and dehydrated/dried by centrifugal separation. The vapor is sent to a cooler C by a fan F and cooled/separated into a liquid and dry air. The liquid is recycled as a cleaning liquid and the dry air is discharged to the outside of the device.
