PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably provide a curing agent added with an organic metal compound to be one pack in order to improve reactivity of a polyisocyanate compound which is a general crosslinking agent for OH-containing coating resins and obtain stable color tone by using the curing agent. SOLUTION: A coating material improved in curability and staining resistance and excellent in color tone stability by adding the curing agent is provided. The curing agent is prepared by adding a compound (D) having≥2 isocyanate groups, an organometallic compound (E) and a mercapto group-containing compound (F) to a composition comprising a coating resin (A) having a hydroxyl group on a main chain end and/or a side chain, an organosilicate compound (B) and a colorant (C) for coating.
