PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic polymer particle suitable for the application requiring high magnetic response compared with a conventional magnetic polymer particle containing a magnetic component fixed to a resin in the form of a magnetic powder and to provide an aqueous dispersion produced by using the particle, a cartridge and an image-forming device. SOLUTION: The magnetic polymer particle comprises a magnetic component and a polymer compound, wherein the magnetic component is a magnetic fluid held in a liquid state and the polymer compound is a polymer obtained by polymerizing at least one of a (meth)acrylate monomer and a styrenic monomer.
