PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cosmetic which can lightly and smoothly be spread, when coated, can be dried at high drying speed, can quickly realize a secondary adhesion-preventing effect, and is excellent in water resistance, oil resistance, makeup retainability, and makeup film uniformity. SOLUTION: The oily cosmetic is comprises the following components (A) to (D); (A) an evaporable oily agent, (B) a resin being insoluble in the component (A), (C) a solid oil having a melting point of≥75°C, (D) a dextrin fatty acid ester.
