PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator control device performing thoughtful announcements of all stops having no intentions of car users and just stopping only an elevator unit applicable to repairing for the repairing. SOLUTION: In this elevator control device controlling an operation of the elevator, each elevator unit independent circuit for controlling each elevator unit of the elevator has a car call relay turned ON by a car call registration by the car user, a stop floor relay turned ON when a car call registered floor and a floor to be stopped coincide with each other, and a thoughtful announcement circuit which performs the thoughtful announcement when the car call relay is turned ON and the stop floor relay is turned OFF and does not perform the thoughtful announcement when the car call relay is turned ON and the stop floor relay is turned ON.
