PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-open packaging bag capable of opening along a straight break for opening by starting tearing-up of a laminated body from a back-pasting heat-bonding section and forming a wide opening and using the opened packaging bag as a tray container. SOLUTION: In the packaging bag wherein a rectangular laminated body laminating a base material layer, an intermediate layer, and a heat-adhesive resin layer is bent so as to make the heat-adhesive resin layer inside, and a cylindrical body is formed so that the back-pasting heat-bonding section is arranged by heat-bonding so as to make both ends stick out to the outside, and an end heat-bonding section is arranged by heat-bonding an opening end of the cylindrical body, and opening starting means is arranged on the back-pasting heat-bonding section, the straight break for opening continued to the intermediate layer parallel to the back-pasting heat-bonding section is formed on both sides of the back-pasting heat-bonding section.
