PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the effect of sideslip preventive control, by applying a preload at more proper time, without always performing precharge when conventionally performing the sideslip preventive control. SOLUTION: A case of being supposed to become a re-steering state is determined, and preload control is performed in this case. Thus, the preload control can be started at more proper time, and since braking force is generated to a turning outer ring in the earlier timing than re-steering time, when performing re-steering of steering in turning travel, the occurrence of a sideslip in the re-steering direction can be reduced while securing the sideslip reducing function in steering.
