PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle travel system combination switch device which improves even operability when switching an operation state of the vehicle constant speed travel function, while sharing an operation switch among a plurality of vehicle functions. SOLUTION: A right side paddle switch 10 tiltably operable in the longitudinal-lateral cross direction, is arranged in a side surface position of a lower cover 9 supporting a steering wheel 4. The right side paddle switch 10 is allocated by acceleration/setting operation of a cruise control system in the upper side operation direction, is allocated by deceleration/setting operation of the cruise control system in the lower side operation direction, is allocated by inter-vehicle distance setting operation of the cruise control system in the innermost side operation direction, and is allocated by release operation of the cruise control system and shift-up operation of a manual shift system in this side operation direction.
