A piston for a driving motor of a compressor is provided to form an orifice in a circumference direction so that a piston is positioned in parallel to a direction of a pressure delivered in the piston, and to install a disk at an upper portion of the piston to adjust an opening degree of the orifice. A refrigerant(15) is sucked and compressed due to reciprocation motion of a compressor(6) in a cylinder bore(11). A disc is installed at an upper portion of a piston(50). Each orifice vertically passes through from a top surface to a bottom surface of the piston. An opening of the disc formed in the piston is selectively adjusted. A plurality of slits is formed in an outer circumference direction.
