A sewing device of a mat for soft-ground is provided to obtain the constant speed of sewing by pulling a boat through the cart movement, and to improve the usability, sewing speed through having a cart with self-driving. Plural wheels(22) driven by a self power and a bottom side for supporting a load by blocking the bottom are equipped at a cart(20). A boat(30) is equipped to connect with the cart through a connection bar(40). A sewing machine having the low sewing surface for sewing a mat is installed to the inside of the boat. A motor(12) located on the bottom side of the sewing surface is installed at the upper side of the head of the sewing machine. A sewing thread(13) is located on the outside of the bottom of the sewing machine, and is supplied through a guide tube. The wheels of the cart are covered with an endless track. An iron wheel is assembled to the outside of the wheel axis of the cart. An L-shape rail is installed on both sides of the bottom of the boat. A moving wheel of the sewing machine is moved by riding on the rail.
