<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile transmitter having a modification preventive structure so that the electronic part cannot be tampered with even if it is disassembled. <P>SOLUTION: An intelligent key comprises an electronic circuit unit 3 in which the electronic part 36 and an antenna bobbin 35 are mounted on a substrate 31. Authentication is automatically performed by radio by merely carrying the intelligent key, and the required operations of the key are performed without key.
