<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat-treat a food product in a short time with their flavor enhanced and their shelf life extended. <P>SOLUTION: The food product 42 is heat-treated by the first step by which water, warm water or saturated steam, while being passed through electric heating pipes 1 generating heat by energization, is discharged as warm water, saturated steam or superheated steam 43 to expose the food product to it and radiation heat from the electric heating pipe 1 and the second step by which the food product 42 is exposed to it and to microwaves 52 oscillated from a magnetron 51. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
