<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide devil's tongue ramen made easily eatable by giving palate feeling like ramen to devil's tongue as a diet food. <P>SOLUTION: The devil's tongue ramen is obtained by neutralizing with organic acid, a devil's tongue ramen material which is obtained by adding starch to devil's tongue refined powder followed by bringing to a finely cut devil's tongue form, washing the product in water followed by heating so as to remove part of water, putting the devil's tongue ramen and seasoning liquid as a retention liquid into a pouch followed by hermetically sealing, and high temperature sterilizing the product in conditions of 115-125°C and an F value of ≥4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
