<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a user of information urging the user to return to a parking area at an appropriate timing in consideration of a moving time necessary for return from the user's position to the parking area. <P>SOLUTION: A parking support system 1 comprises a target return time decision means for deciding a target return time that a user will return to the parking area where a vehicle is parked, a position information acquisition means for acquiring position information about a portable terminal carried by the vehicle user, a moving time calculation means for calculating a moving time necessary for the vehicle user to return to the parking area according to the portable terminal position information acquired by the position information acquisition means, and an information output means for outputting information urging the user to return to the parking area to the portable terminal when the predicted arrival time obtained by adding the current time to the moving time corresponds to the target return time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
