<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in the transaction of a conventional community that any credit is not collateralized from daily conducted general transaction to national operation, and that although scandals which frequently occur one after another are nothing out of the ordinary, the impossibility of the proof of the truth of any exposed case or the proof of the fact that there is no other case is a hotbed of the occurrence of any scandal, and that since huge amounts of money raised on the pretext of tax, pensions, and insurance or the like is used for a computer game, and currency itself is expanded, any adverse effect is given to a community accompanied by entity. <P>SOLUTION: A statistical method is used to enable an entrant to confirm transaction information, and a computer technology is used to issue points according to the necessity of the entrant for collateralizing the credit of transaction information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
