<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water surface suspended matter recovery device by applying interfacial tension and water surface tension. <P>SOLUTION: A machine room 3 is secured in a suspended matter recovery tank body 1 floated on a water surface, and a driving source is stored. An installed rotary body 2 is rotated at a low speed by its driving source, and suspended matter floating on the water surface and an impurity between water molecules are introduced and recovered to the suspended matter recovery tank body 1 by applying the interfacial tension and surface tension.
