<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a band measuring system capable of estimating available band with high trackability to a fluctuation in another track. <P>SOLUTION: A measuring packet transmitter 1101-1 transmits a pair of different packets with changed transmission rates to a measuring packet receiver 1101-2, and the measuring packet receiver measures reception intervals of respective packet pairs. A packet interval information storing part 1101-104 stores a reception interval corresponding to a transmission interval, and a change point estimating part 1101-105 uses values of a plurality of optional transmission intervals and reception intervals stored in the storing part to statistically find points where a trend of the transmission intervals and the reception intervals changes, thereby estimating an available band. Such a configuration is adopted to statistically find points where the trend changes to thereby enhance trackability to a fluctuation in another track because the available band can be continuously found by a small number of measuring packets. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
