摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam machining apparatus capable of keeping the positioning accuracy of the moving path of an irradiated laser within permitted limits when laser machining of a curved shape is performed. <P>SOLUTION: The laser beam machining apparatus includes: a means for memorizing compensation data for computing a radius of an outwardly bulged curve; a means for memorizing data for adding coordinates to the coordinate data in order to offset insufficient laser irradiation; a means for reading a laser irradiation position; and a means for adjusting a timing for starting and terminating laser irradiation. This structure enables laser irradiation to be laid on a processing curve by taking out the radius of the outwardly bulged curve from the memorization means and performing coordinate compensation for a phenomenon that the curve processed as the first process runs an inner circle due to delayed follow-up. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
