<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously suppress constriction of a sealing material caused by a step while avoiding edge touching by forming the step between a TAB and a chip. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet recording head is equipped with the chip 200 which ejects the ink, the TAB 300 equipped with a lead group comprised of a plurality of leads 301 connected to the chip 200, and a tank case 100 which holds the chip 200 and the TAB 300. A connecting part between the lead group and the chip 200 is sealed by a second sealing material 500. Moreover, projections 101 are formed on the tank case 100 and outside of the lead group. A height difference between the chip 200 top face and the projection 101 top face is smaller than a height difference between the chip 200 top face and the TAB 300 top face. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
