PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a fiberglass-reinforced rigid polyurethane foam in which the uniformity of the fiberglass in the foam is excellent and the generation of the air voids in the inside are restrained, and to provide an apparatus for manufacturing the fiberglass-reinforced rigid polyurethane foam which is suitable for the above manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the fiberglass-reinforced rigid polyurethane foam comprises: an undersurface material feeding process for feeding an undersurface material 11L; a fiberglass mat feeding process for feeding a fiberglass mat 6 onto the undersurface material; a stock solution feeding process for feeding a foaming stock solution composition 5 on the undersurface material 11L; a top surface material feeding process for feeding a top surface material 11U onto the foaming stock solution composition 5; an impregnation ascertaining process for ascertaining the impregnation of the foaming stock solution composition 5 into the fiberglass mat layer; and a foaming process for foaming/curing the foaming stock solution composition to obtain a fiberglass-reinforced rigid polyurethane foam B.
