PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately determine a cause of defects at a causal analysis of defects of a manufacturing process of an organic electroluminescent display device by forming a zoning pattern capable of zoning RGB pixels in at least either a lower electrode or an anode electrode of a capacitor. SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent display device comprises a substrate, an active layer formed on the substrate, a gate insulation film formed on the active layer, a gate electrode formed on the gate insulation film corresponding to the active layer, an interlayer insulation film formed on the gate electrode, a source drain electrode formed on the interlayer insulation film to be electrically coupled with the active layer, an insulation film formed on the source drain electrode, and an organic electroluminescent element formed on the insulation film to be electrically coupled with the source drain electrode.
