PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch sensor of which the degrees freedom of bending are enhanced and a directional difference in the detection sensitivity is eliminated, and which is easy to assemble. SOLUTION: An inner electrode 53 made in a linear shape from a flexible conductor is placed inside an outer electrode 52, made into a tubular shape from a flexible conductor. Helically formed spacer members 54 made from insulators are arranged between the outer electrode 52 and the inner electrode 53, and the spacer members 54 form a gap between the outer electrode 52 and the inner electrode 53. An inner conductor wire is placed along an axial center inside the inner electrode 53. The pitch by which an outer conductor wire 56 turns 360°about with respect to the axial center of the inner electrode 53 is set to be not larger than half the pitch, by which the spacer members 54 turn 360°between the inner electrode 53 and the outer electrode 52.
