PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the water-shielding property between a fitting tool and a back door in a fitting structure to be applied to the back door of a four-wheel vehicle. SOLUTION: A plurality of very small suction cups 7 are provided on a back side of a fitting tool 5 adjacent to each other in a staggered manner, and the fitting tool 5 is sucked to a back door by the very small suction cups 7. The close contact property between the fitting tool 5 and the back door is increased to enhance the water-shielding property between the two. A weather strip for covering a space between the back door and the fitting tool 5 is provided.
