PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a movement of aqueous ink to a clear layer and prevent a stain from developing in a design pattern in a building plate having a clear layer with an aqueous clear coating after ink jet coating using the aqueous ink. SOLUTION: The clear layer 2 is formed by coating the surface ink-jet-coated with the aqueous clear coating after a substrate 1 is ink-jet-coated with aqueous ink. The clear coating includes a rheology control agent. Therefore, the rheology property of the clear coating is controlled, when the clear coating is coated while being fluidized in formation of the clear layer 2, the fluidity of a level enabling coating is given to the clear coating. Then, The bleeding in the design pattern is prevented by suppressing the fluidity of the rest clear coating after coating and by suppressing a movement of the aqueous ink to the clear layer 2.
