A vibratory conveying apparatus and a rotational vibrator are provided to efficiently vibrate a conveyed body in a rotation direction by arranging an elastic plate and a piezoelectric vibrator in series. A vibratory conveying apparatus includes a basic body, a conveyed body, a piezoelectric instrument(14), and a connection component(16). The conveyed body having a component conveying path of a circular shape or a spiral shape is arranged on the basic body. The piezoelectric instrument is installed between the basic body and the conveyed body, and vibrates the conveyed body in a rotation direction. The piezoelectric instrument is arranged from an inner end connected to the basic body to an outer end connected to the conveyed body in a semi-diameter direction. The connection component is installed between the piezoelectric instrument and the basic body. The connection component has a connection unit which is coupled to an inner end of the piezoelectric instrument and is installed on an outer side of the semi-diameter direction in parallel with the piezoelectric instrument.
