Disclosed is a suspension for visualizing a transparent tissue in an eye, which can be used as a means which is easy to use for improving the visibil ity of a transparent tissue in an eye during the surgery and which is highly safe. The suspension comprises a microparticle comprising a biodegradable p olymeric compound, at least one salt selected from the group consisting of a trivalent metal salt and a bivalent metal salt, and an aqueous medium havin g the microparticle and the salt contained therein.
