<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that as a device using a conventional ball screw, there is a device having a guided part slidable in a guide groove sharing and using a groove of a slide key deeper than a core diameter of a screw groove, and when a screw diameter is small in screw, there is a risk of damage to the screw, and a device using air or hydraulic pressure requires a large installment space and complicated mechanical and electric elements. <P>SOLUTION: A rod having one or more machined faces larger than the core diameter is made to penetrate a motor having a hollow shaft, a screw nut installed at a motor shaft end rotates accompanied by the rotational motion of the motor, and the screw rod that is stopped in rotation slides. In this device, there is only a minute effect on the strength of the screw rod, an installment space is remarkably saved compared with a conventional air device and a hydraulic device, and in a control aspect, this device with simplified electric elements can be used in various situations as substitutes for air and hydraulic cylinders. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
