摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inhibitor on endocytosis-dependent DNA uptake, an promoter on endocytosis-dependent DNA uptake a virus infection inhibitor, a virus infection preventing agent, a virus infection promoter, and virus infection promoter as well as a genetic marker, a monoclonal antibody, a hybridoma and a method of using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The uptake of endocytosis-dependent DNA can be inhibited by enhancing the function of DNaseX protein, wherein DNaseX gene expression vectors and so on are exemplified as an enhancing factor for the function of the DNaseX protein. While, the uptake of endocytosis-dependent DNA can be promoted by inhibiting the function of DNaseX protein, wherein siRNA targeting at DNaseX gene and so on are exemplified as an inhibiting factor for the function of the DNaseX protein.
