<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reconstruct a further rational business process, paying attention to the relation between tasks in a designed business process. <P>SOLUTION: The system for supporting design of a business process comprises a business process storage means for storing business process data; a task complementary pattern storage means for storing task complementary pattern data; and a task complementation means for updating the business process data using the task complementary pattern data. The task complementation means sets a determination object task from the business process data, collates a combination of the name of the determination object task and a name input to the determination object task with task complementary conditions of the task complementary pattern data, and updates the business process data, when a task complementary condition matched to the combination of the name of the determination object task and the name input to the determination object task is present, using the name of a complementary task corresponding to this task complementary condition and a name output from the complementary task. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
