PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly receive merchandise ordered by a customer from the outside of a store at a real sales store.

SOLUTION: An order terminal 3 transmits information on an order transaction object store, a purchase object merchandise and reception time together with customer identification information to specify a customer to a store management device 1. The store management device 1 stores the information received from the order terminal by associating it with the customer identification information, and transmits the information on purchase object merchandise and the reception time to a store side device 2 at the store specified by the order transaction object store information stored together with the information. The store side device 2 outputs the information on the purchase object merchandise and reception time received from the store management device 1.
