<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power steering device attaining enhancement of output performance by a simple constitution without upsizing a motor. <P>SOLUTION: A micro-computer 17 (motor control signal production part 24) is provided with: an open control part 31 for performing open control (open loop control) in addition to respective F/B control parts 27d, 27q for performing current feedback control; and a switching determination part 32 for performing switching determination between the feedback control and the open control by the respective control parts. under such circumstances that high speed rotation is required for a motor 12, it is switched from production of a motor control signal based on the current feedback control to production of the motor control signal by performing of the open control, and a range (upper limit and lower limit) to be taken by a duty instruction value (on duty ratio) becoming a base of the motor control signal is enlarged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
