<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen separation film-electrolyte membrane assembly capable of restraining generation of short-circuiting, and a fuel cell, as well as their manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a hydrogen separation film-electrolyte membrane assembly (50) includes a bonding process which joins a hydrogen separation film (10) having hydrogen permeability with an electrolyte material (20) having proton conductivity. In the manufacturing method, it is not necessary to form an electrolyte membrane by gas phase deposition method. In this case, generation of gap on the electrolyte membrane (25) can be restrained. Therefore, when an electrode is formed on the electrolyte membrane (25), short-circuiting between the hydrogen separation film (10) and an electrode can be restrained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
