<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbocharger reduced in vibration and noise by suppressing the occurrence of high-frequency whirl vibration having large vibrational energy. <P>SOLUTION: This turbocharger 10 comprises: a turbine shaft 21 connecting a compressor 23 to a turbine 22 and supported rotatably; a floated bush 19 rotatably supporting the turbine shaft 21; a floated bush 18; a center housing capable of storing the floated bush 18, the turbine shaft 21, the floated bush 19, and the floated bush 18; restraining members 56, 57 capable of restraining the axial displacement of the floated bush 19; and restraining members 46, 47 capable of restraining the axial displacement of the floated bush 18. The resistance provided from the oil positioned between the side surface of the floated bush 19 and the restraining members 56, 57 to the floated bush 19 is differentiated from the resistance provided from the oil positioned between the side surface of the floated bush 18 and the restraining members 46, 47 to the floated bush 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
