PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling structure of a thin display device which can suppress assembling time and the number of components as much as possible while securing junction strength between a front cabinet and a rear cabinet. SOLUTION: The side faces 12a1, 12a2 of the front cabinet 12a and the side faces 12b1, 12b2 of the rear cabinet 12b are respectively equipped with projection parts 13a1, 13b1, 13c1, 13d1 having a prescribed angle and guides 14a1, 14b1, 14c1, 14d1 having the same prescribed angle for assembling the front cabinet 12a and the rear cabinet 12b instead of using screw clamping. The projection parts 13a1 to 13d1 are inserted into the guides 14a1 to 14d1 while being slid along the grooves, thereby the front cabinet 12a and the rear cabinet 12b are integrally assembled. Since the projection parts 13a1 to 13d1 are slid only to a direction along the guides 14a1 to 14d1 after the assembling, a relative position of the front cabinet 12a and the rear cabinet 12b is not shifted to the direction vertical to the display surface 11a1 of a liquid crystal panel 11a.
