PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic sound discrimination informing device which discriminates electronic sound of a plurality of pieces of equipment with one microphone, and informs a user of the result. SOLUTION: An electronic sound receiving informing system 10 arranges a ringing receiving device 30 for receiving ringing sound generated by the equipment, and a ringing informing device 50 for informing ringing of the equipment separately from each other. The ringing receiving device includes: a ringing data registration section 36 for registering a reference ringing data in which each ringing sound signal is converted to a digital signal, in a first memory table 40, corresponding to predetermined ringing equipment discrimination information; and a ringing discrimination section 38 for comparing the ringing data with the reference ringing data in the first memory table, and transmitting the corresponding ringing equipment discrimination information to the ringing informing device, when they are matched. The ringing informing device 50 includes: a second memory table 60 in which voice data for indicating ringing contents of the equipment corresponding to each ringing equipment identification information of the first memory table; and a voice informing section 56 for reading the voice data from the second memory table, and outputting it in voice, when receiving the ringing equipment identificaiton information from the ringing receiving device 30.
