PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor which can reduce the abrasion of the external peripheral surface of a rectifier and the abrasion of a brush. SOLUTION: The motor 100 has: a first brush device 10 which includes a magnet 3 for generating a magnetic field, a core 2 rotating in magnetic flux generated by the magnet 3, a rotating shaft 8 coaxial with the core 2, a rectifier 5 annularly arranged around the rotating shaft 8, and a first brush body 12, and applies a current to the rectifier 5 by making the first brush body 12 contact with the external peripheral face of the rectifier 5; and a second brush device 20 which includes a second brush body 22, and takes out the current applied by the first brush device 10 from the rectifier 5 by making the second brush body 22 contact with the external peripheral face of the rectifier 5. The first brush device 10 and the second brush device 20 are arranged in a position where contact parts 14, 24 of the rectifier external peripheral faces contacting the brush bodies 12, 22 are displaced from each other so as not to overlap with each other with respect to the axial direction of the rotating shaft 8.
