PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a speaker and a case with an elastic member which is hardly bent in order to prevent vibrations from a speaker unit from reaching the case. SOLUTION: A tip portion 22 of the elastic member 20 which is smaller in diameter than a through hole 33 of the speaker is inserted into the through hole 33, and held and drawn in to insert a conic mountain portion 22 which is a little larger in diameter than the tip portion 22.
