PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an individual identification device capable of accurately identifying an individual of a radio wave transmitter such as a radio set and a radar. SOLUTION: The individual identification device for the radio wave transmitter is provided with a waveform recording part for recording a leading waveform of a signal to be measured in real time, a detection part for detecting a received signal, an item detection part for detecting an item of the detected pulse signal, a database part for storing the frequency transition of the received signal and other items in a library, and an integrated processing part for grouping waveform data recorded in the waveform recording part according to the frequency transition at the leading time of each signal and collating the grouped waveform data with library data stored in the database part.
